Luna

Our poor Luna pup had an allergic reaction to something the other night. She was outside in our backyard and after letting her in the house she was acting pretty anxious like she wanted to go back out. We ignored her (the bad parents we are) for a bit and then Jay decided to take her out for a walk. When he put on her harness he noticed her face/muzzle was three times the size. He took her to the emergency vet and the nurses said to just give her Benadryl or he could stay and pay the fee to have her checked out. He decided to stay and luckily he did. She ended up vomiting and breaking out in hives all over her body. We don't know what bit her or if it was a reaction to her annual shots she got earlier that day. She is doing great now and is back to looking like herself, though she is a little punky.

This is Luna after she had a steroid injection for an allergic reaction to something. This photo does not do it justice since it is post steroids and Benadryl.

Here is Luna when she is her normal, beautiful self.
